Town Board Public Hearing, January 13, 2025

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canaan Town Board shall hold a public hearing on the 13^th of January at 7 pm at the Canaan Town Hall, 1647 County Route 5, Canaan, NY to amend Local Law #1 of 2025, (formerly Local Law #4 of 2024), which regulates through a permitting process the use of short-term rental lodging

facilities occurring within the Town of Canaan.  

The January monthly meeting will immediately follow the Public Hearing.

Copies of said proposed local laws are available in the Office of the Town Clerk.
